Orders ship once payment is confirmed. Bitcoin orders ship after 1 blockchain confirmation. Zelle and Cash App orders typically ship the same day. Bank transfers ship within 1-3 business days after funds are received.

Are there any payment fees?

We do not charge any payment processing fees. However, your payment provider (bank, Cash App, etc.) may charge their own fees. Bitcoin network fees are paid by the sender.

What if I send the wrong amount?

If you send too much, we'll refund the difference. If you send too little, we'll contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance before shipping. Always double-check the amount before sending payment.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
